Origin of Innate Human Morality

Dawkinites & Dawkinistas insist that humans are innately moral.  This is an excuse to suggest that religion is not a necessary moral force.  If we accept the premise that humans are innately moral, how did that morality evolve?  Did it not evolve through the exertion of a moral influence on oneself?  Did that Moral Influence not create the repeated behavior which would become the Neural Myelination that would be passed on to future generations through epigenetics?   Would not that moral influence be known as Religion?
