This country isn’t failing, it has failed, the economy isn’t coming back. There are a few things that have happened that have ensured that. I came up with the term “hidden subjects” because there are certain things said and done that are couched in rhetoric and people don’t really know what there significance is.
No more debt forgiveness after 7 years. This was taken from kosher law, the hidden subject of kosher law was to create an equal and sustainable society, where nobody got two rich and a large wealth gap was created between the citizens. This was important because it was known then and it is known now that the single biggest factor in the impending collapse of an economy is a large discrepancy in the dispersion of the wealth.
This law means that the rich will keep getting richer and the poor poorer. This was also done to stack the deck in favor of old money and prevent new money from rising up and usurping their authority. Psychopaths can’t compete on a level playing field, so the pay to have the playing field slanted in their favor. After they harvest their crops they salt the field when they leave. It is also known as the tragedy of the commons. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tragedy_of_the_commons
Corporations are now citizens which mean that you and I are non-citizens. They can defend themselves and their interests, from you if need be, but you do not have their resources, their man power, their man hours, or their lawyers. So put that in your sling and fling it. That’s right David, Goliath has your number. When was the last time you heard of a corporation getting thrown in jail, or getting the death penalty?
Right to rule is determined by whether the ruling government makes your life better than if it didn’t exist. If you are still taxed by your government while enduring the war of all against all, they don’t have the right to rule. When you live in an economy that has hitched its fate to capitalism and there are no jobs that are for gainful employment, that government doesn’t have the right to rule.
In Leviathan, Hobbes set out his doctrine of the foundation of states and legitimate governments – originating social contract theory.Leviathan was written during the English Civil War; much of the book is occupied with demonstrating the necessity of a strong central authority to avoid the evil of discord and civil war.
Beginning from a mechanistic understanding of human beings and the passions, Hobbes postulates what life would be like without government, a condition which he calls the state of nature. In that state, each person would have a right, or license, to everything in the world. This, Hobbes argues, would lead to a “war of all against all” (bellum omnium contra omnes). The description contains what has been called one of the best known passages in English philosophy, which describes the natural state mankind would be in, were it not for political community:
In such condition, there is no place for industry; because the fruit thereof is uncertain: and consequently no culture of the earth; no navigation, nor use of the commodities that may be imported by sea; no commodious building; no instruments of moving, and removing, such things as require much force; no knowledge of the face of the earth; no account of time; no arts; no letters; no society; and which is worst of all, continual fear, and danger of violent death; and the life of man, solitary, poor, nasty, brutish, and short.
