Rabbi Ba’al Shivah, the Hindu Hebrew connection.

Today I am going to discuss some of the similarities between the Hebrews and the Hindus with my atheist friends and explain some of my ideas on the mind and psychology for them.  Above we see the Hamsa, which was originally used by the Jains in India.  Even the word Hamsa comes from the Indian word ahimsa, which means:

Ahimsa (Sanskrit: अहिंसा; IAST: ahiṃsā, Pāli:[1]avihiṃsā) is a term meaning ‘to not injure’. The word is derived from the Sanskrit root hiṃs – to strike; hiṃsā is injury or harm, a-hiṃsā is the opposite of this, i.e. cause no injury, do no harm.[2][3] Ahimsa is also referred to as nonviolence, and it applies to all living beings including animals according to many Indian religions.[4]  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ahimsa

We see that the Hamsa is actually a stylized penis, masquerading as a hand, hands by their very nature are not equilateral, the Shiva lingam represents Shiva’s penis.

The lingam (also, linga, ling, Shiva linga, Shiv ling, Sanskrit लिङ्गं, liṅgaṃ, meaning “mark”, “sign”, or “inference”[1][2]) is a representation of the Hindu deity Shiva used for worship in temples.[3] In traditional Indian society, the linga is rather seen as a symbol of the energy and potential of the God.[4][4][5][6][7]

The lingam is often represented alongside the yoni, a symbol of the goddess or of Shakti, female creative energy.[8] The union of lingam and yoni represents the “indivisible two-in-oneness of male and female, the passive space and active time from which all life originates”.[9]  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shiva_Linga

Shiva being the God of Death is also at the same time the God of life.

Even if you look at the similarities between the so called “horned alphabet” and sanskrit you see similarities.  Hebrew was a revolutionary language for a secretive people, it was simplified and modified from sanskrit making it easier to use, it was the language of revolt, Kabbalists have always been very secretive in their communication of revolutionary ideas.

Origins of the word[edit]

The term cabal derives from Cabala (a word that has numerous spelling variations), the Jewish mystical interpretation of the Hebrew scripture. In Hebrew it means “reception” or “tradition”, denoting the sod (secret) level of Jewish exegesis. In European culture (Christian Cabala, Hermetic Qabalah) it became associated withoccult doctrine or a secret.[citation needed]  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cabal#Origins_of_the_word

Have you ever considered the meaning of Moses finding the Hebrew god on Mount Sinai?

According to some biblical scholars[who?], Horeb is thought to mean “glowing/heat”, which seems to be a reference to the sun, whileSinai may have derived from the name of Sin, the Sumerian deity of the moon,[3][4] and thus Sinai and Horeb would be the mountains of the moon and sun, respectively.

Interesting that Shiva himself is a moon god, is it not?  I frankly think that the burning bush was marijuana, the Aghori shaivists smoke massive amounts of marijuana, and then meditate in grave yards.

Because the Jews were aware of psychology, when they were a warring tribe if you killed in battle you had to sit Shiva and meditate for 7 days before you were clean (kosher) and allowed back into the city.  My nom de plume means, Lord of Meditation, because in my slaying of the ego I have killed more than anybody else.

The Hebrew word “shiva” means “seven”, and the official shiva period is seven days. The day of the funeral is counted as the first day of shiva, even though the practice does not begin until after the mourner(s) arrive at the designated location following the funeral.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shiva_(Judaism)#Length_of_shiva

Shiva was a wandering philosopher, India was famous as being a source of wandering philosophers that went walkabout and took their traditions far and wide.  When he went to a strange land he would sleep in the grave yard because he was surrounded by an entourage of disembodied spirits to which he ministered, this is not bizarre in the Kabbalist tradition, many rabbis are known to have angelic and even demonic familiars with which they can be seen conversing.

Below we see the Origins of the muslim epithet, “shayateen”.

Had you been a cartographer and geographer working for the British East India company in the 17th and 18th centuries, you would have found all over India thousands of Hebrew-like place names with similar meanings in both languages as well. The map excerpt on this page shows a small section of ancient Seuna-Desa (Zion Land) in what is now Maharashtra (to right). At the bottom right of the excerpt is the city of Paithan, on the banks of the river Godivari. The Indo-Hebrews named the part of the river passing through Paithan’s territory Paithan (Pison, Phison), according to their traditions. In the upper left-hand corner is the city of Satana. According to the legends of the Yadavas (Indo-Hebrews), Satana would have made the folks in Sodom and Gomorah envious. The Seunas and the Satanas decided to resolve their moral and religious differences on the battlefield. The forces of “Satan” lost, but their defeat didn’t dishearten them. Eventually, we came to think of “Satan” as a being who lost the battle but not the war. The bible tells us that such a peace treaty hasn’t yet been signed between these two ancient enemies.

Later in that same article it says this:

Holger Kersten wrote in Jesus Lived in India,

“The relation between ancient Israel and Kashmiri can most clearly be demonstrated linguistically. Kashmirian is different from all the other Indian languages, the origins of which are Sanskrit. The development of the language of Kashmir has been greatly influenced by the Hebrew. Abdul Ahad Azad writes, ‘The language of Kashmir derives from Hebrew.’ According to tradition, in ancient times Jewish peoples settled here, whose language changed into the Kashmirian of today. There are many Hebrew words that are quite obviously connected with the language of Kashmir.” (pp. 68-69.)

24But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, “It is only by Beelzebul, the prince of demons, that this fellow drives out demons.”  Matthew 12: 24

The pharisees who were practicing the old Abrahamic law code essentially accused Jesus of casting out demons by the power of Satan.  Are you starting to see the connection here?  Instead of denying it, Jesus mentions the Temple of Solomon, and makes a reference to a house being divided against itself.  Solomon built gods temple by enslaving spirits and forcing them to do his bidding.  Then he turns it around on the Pharisees and asks them by what power they themselves cast out demons.

It has recently occurred to me that their is a huge similarity between the phonology of the words Shayateen and Chaitanya.

The Sanskrit word, Chaitanya, means ‘consciousness’ or ‘universal soul’ or ‘spirit’ or ‘intelligence’ or ‘sensation’.[1][2] It is the pure Consciousness or the cosmic intelligence, the consciousness that knows itself and also knows others.[3] It also means energy or enthusiasm.[4]  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chaitanya_(consciousness)

If you remember the Muslims hate the color saffron, which is the color of the robes of the Sarasvati order monks. Notice too the familiar phonology of the word Charlatan and what Mohammed said about Shaytan, he is the whisperer.  Remember that Mary Magdalene moved to France after Jesus alleged death.  Remember too that Proto-indo-european is more or less a fact.  I, being a phonologist, track the movements of ideas across countries and through time.

The word comes from Frenchcharlatan, a seller of medicines who might advertise his presence with music and an outdoor stage show. The best known of the Parisian charlatans was Tabarin, who set up a stage in the Place Dauphine, Paris in 1618, and whose commedia dell’arte inspired skits and whose farces inspired Molière. The word can also be traced toSpanish; charlatán, an indiscreetly talkative person, a chatterbox. Ultimately, etymologists trace “charlatan” from either theItalianciarlare, to prattle; or from Cerretano, a resident of Cerreto, a village in Umbria, known for its quacks.[1]  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlatan

Imagine if you will the Pharisees bursting in and yelling, “Shayateen!  Charlatan!  Chaitanya!”.  Remember that they reject thought, they reject consciousness, they avoid thinking as much as possible.  They fear intelligence.

I am familiar with the word Chaitanya because my Shaktipat Initiatore, Gurumayi Chidvilasananda has a root word in her name.  Her name means, Energy = chit, moves= vilas= velocity, bliss= ananda, Sarasvati order monks adopt the suffix “ananda”.  The word Chit, energy, comes from Chaitanya, consciousness.  The words Chi, ki, come from this root as well as the words Chan and Zen.

Now it is no secret that I think Abraham and Brahma are the same being historically, I am not the first person to think this, many others have come to the same conclusion.  If you observe closely you will find many similarities between the marriages of Brahman families and Chassidic jews, what is of interest is that the Aghori, the lingayats, and the Kashmir Shaivists rejected more or less the authority of the Brahman priest class, who are very much like the muslims adhering to the old Abrahamic law code.  The lingayats, were poets and mystics, they wore a shiva lingam around their neck and they had a personal relationship with god, and no mediator separating them from god.  They had their own nickname for Shiva, and they visualized him in a form that was sacred to themselves.  It was very much a personal relationship with god.

According to Heinrich Zimmer, whose work was edited and published posthumously by Joseph Campbell, there is only on Temple for Brahma, and the vast majority of demons worshiped Brahma.  This is of further interest when you consider that the Indian demons look so much like Muslims.

Origins of the True Religion

Image

Lynn: So you have this concept of the true religion and its movement through time and across continents.  Could you tell us something about that?

Joxua: Well, one of the many things that I do is philology which traces the movement of ideas from culture to culture.  My particular mind has an obscene ability of pattern recognition and I have digested a ton of general and specific occult philosophy.

What we think of as the true religion started in India and Tibet with the convergence of northern tribes with the Indian people who were previously a goddess worshiping society with a single deity.  With the invasion of the northern tribes the entire pantheon of Indian gods emerged with these meat eating, war mongering northern tribes came creative intelligence, they were smarter than average because of the extra protein.  They were exiled over time because of the ritual eating of meat which to this day is considered repugnant in India, the scent of singed flesh that is in the mostly vegetarian society.

horned altar

The forced exodus gave birth to what would become the Hebrews, they bore as their mask the horned altar on which the smell of burnt animal sacrifice was made to the gods.  As a stipend the priests of the cult ate of the animal flesh, based on the atonement of the atonement of the surrounding people seeking solace and forgiveness and blessing much as some monks today are supported by charity and offered blessing.  In India this sect was known as the Aghori and as their meat-eating ancestors were continually being pushed out there became fewer and fewer of the original Aghori but vestiges of their heritage still exist.  The “transgressive sacrality”, the eating of the portion carcass.  You will notice a distinct similarity between Brahman’s and Rabbis.  Some people believe, as I do, that Brahma was Abraham.  What I have seen in my meditations which is verified by occult Kaballistic literature is that Abraham, through his creative revolution basically caused a mutation which he passed onto his offspring, which was the ability to read.  People that are not directly or only related to Abraham has dyslexia.  Furthermore, you see distinct similarities between Brahmans and the Rabbis.  In the marriage unit, and the ritual separation of men from women and the perceived duties of each sex.

I have seen in my meditation that the pre-Greek Minoan cult of the augurs is actually the misplaced and exiled Aghori Shivists.  They worshiped Jupiter who became Zeus and every western philosophy that we have to this day comes from them.  Our very concept of authority was conceived by them.  The word “authority” itself hearkens back to their time.  The high priest did not create the law and he was subject to the law.  He was not above the law and we see the same pattern in the story of Moses.  Authority does not extend to creating an unjust or incorrect law.  The month of August is named after Octavian who chose between one of the two names as he assumed leadership of Rome.  Romulus, the first king of Rome or Augustus, meaning “honesty” after the high priest of the cult of the Augers.  Julius and Augustus, July and August, are invasive months in what was originally a ten-month Jewish calendar which is why our calendar ends with Septa, Octa, Nova, Deca.  Many words in our vocabulary have come to us from this tiny explosively successful cult.  Words such as auspicious, justice, authority, awesome, omen.

There was a period of time when wandering philosophers constantly left India, some of them ended up in China, like Domo, some of their teachings ended up in China, like Buddha, who realizing that the Chinese people were not ready for the full teaching of “no-self “, prepared them for it and then Naga Arjuna Buddha brought the full teaching of “no-self” six hundred years later, also from India.  Other if these wandering philosophers ended up in Greece.  There is a distinct mark of Indian philosophy in the writings of Plato, Aristotle and Socrates.  We see in the description of the prime-mover unmoved and the agency through which without acting he works his will on the world.  The beginnings of the holy trinity and the proper relationship between husband and wife.  We also see the explanation of Adam’s Rib, Adam, the Atma, or soul, is represented by the singular point or bindu and spanda represents Eve or the holy spirit or Adam’s rib- all of these exist in the OHM symbol.

According to Nicholas Roerich, and Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, Jesus went to India to study during the period of his life when he was missing just as Pythagorus studied in India.  Pith-Augory means “I am the python” which was a chthonic symbol.  Pythagorus was claiming to be death, just as Jesus did.  When he said he was Adonai Sabaoth just as the Aghori slept in graveyards as Shiva did.

Jesus was trying to bring the guru tradition to the west and he succeeded  in a way through the Catholic church but more so through Mary Magdalene and freemasonry, but the full teaching of the Christ never arrived here not until this moment.  The type of relationship that he was trying to spread, the philosophical brotherhood, the “philo-ish”, the fellowship, equality under reason, a family based on the philosophy of wisdom.  Jesus was a guru, a mahajagad guru.

I often wondered why I felt no connection to Jesus as an entity.  It wasn’t until I was given shakitpat initiation and felt the presence of Shiva, the Hindu god of death, that I could sense the presence of the Christ or rather I sensed the presence of Shiva in the Christ and then the Christ was alive to me.  Whereas before, he was dead and didn’t speak to me.

Moses found the Hebrew god YAWEH on Mt. Sinai which is curious because Sinai is the holy mountain of the god Sin, wholse symbol is the shamash, the secret sun of wisdom.  The middle candle on the 7 candled menorah is the Shamash.  The 7 candles represent the 7 chakras and the middle candle represents the “sushumna” or spine, the middle pillar.  I realized in meditation that the hand of fatima, or the Ahimsah which exists in Jewish tradition and Indian tradition is actually a stylized Shiva lingam, representing the male sexual energy, also referred to as the eye, ayin harsha, the eye of horus, is the protection from evil, jealousy and avarice, the “evil eye”.  In short, Jesus was an incarnation of Shiva.

After Jesus died, Mary Magdalene went to France and from France nine knights went to Solomon’s temple which was under Muslim control.  They dug under the temple knowing exactly where to dig and what they were looking for, the ark of the covenant, the word civilization has its root “chavalier” which is the French word for “knight”, from cavalier to calvary to caballeros we civilized the western world.  Men, knights, horse soldiers, but the true teachings of the Christ overtime were forgotten and lost.  And now they must be remembered and proper relationship must be remembered.  There is a correlation between the gypsies, the Romeny, and the way Jesus moved about the ancient world.  The Romeny were named after Rome just as the nickname “Rumi” is named after Rome.  Jesus spoke a language that no longer exists-Aramaic.  A language that was based on traveling to diverse areas.  The language was an amalgamation of other languages.  It was the Roman roads that allowed the true religion to spread.  Today the internet is the new Roman road.

In southern India, there is a group of people called the Lingayats, they wear shivalingams around their necks the way we wear crucifixes.  They reject all external authority.  They even used to reject the religious authority of the Brahmans.  They write poetry and each of them has a personal relationship with god, like the gnostics.  They interpreted omens, like the Aghors, believing that god is communicating to them for their life.  They do not judge what is good for other people and they only engage in equal democratic relationships not up-down authoritative relationships.  It reminds me of how Ghandi refused to acknowledge the salt ban during salt satiagraha.  Their Indian poetry reminds me of the revolutionary writings of Sri Aurobindo and  Rabindranath Tagore.  Every Lingayat has their own lingam, their own symbol which for them encapsulates god’s essence, just as Dante never had an experience with God until he saw Beatrice’s face.

The last word that Jesus spoke was “kalai” in Aramaic “it is accomplished” this word is too similar for me to the Sanskrit words Kālá and kalā  which have similar meaning signifying the end of time.  Jesus’ epitaph shouldn’t have been “king of the jews” it should have been “Iasus Nazarium Rex Philosophorum”

Even in Arthurian mysticism, in the grail quest, we see that they were trying to hand down the tradition, the philosophy, of the Aghors, Rex Quantum Rex Eternum, “The Once and Future King” and “Auctoritas” true authority, comes from God in the form of the law, logic and reason.  At the round table no position is greater than any other and everyone is equal under reason and reason is determined by success in relationship which is predetermined and immutable.  Its the law, the love and the light and rational behavior is determined by what is necessary for that relationship to succeed and not acting when you know you should is as egregious a sin or worse than doing something consciously wrong.  The dragons that kept on knocking down the castle wall, the red dragon and white dragon, the masculine and feminine energies.  The ida and the pingala symbolize aversion and indulgence.  Just as the sacraments that represent the body of Christ are red and white.  White representing the body and mind-aversion, the flesh and bread representing indulgence and pleasure.  It is interesting to note that in turning water into wine Jesus performed the signature miracle of the cult of Bacchus, the God of theater  the God of Ecstasy, taking something mundane and making it transcendental.  For the spirit to grow one mustn’t cling to the body, to the material, from the Gnostic perspective and the perspective of ancient Greek philosophers what we call life is actually death and what we think of as death is actually life.  The spirit is ensnared, enslaved by the flesh and the death of the body is the freeing of the spirit.  It is interesting to note that all Christians used to believe in reincarnation to solidify its authority to extract authority from people, the Catholic church got rid of this belief.  The symbol of the papacy are the keys to heaven barring your entrance to heaven which means that if you want to get to heaven you have to do what they say and remember there is no reincarnation cause people started committing suicide, the Catholic church made suicide an unforgivable sin that would immediately disqualify you from heaven.  In this way, they could send you to do things that you didn’t want to do that you would rather die instead of doing this is how they extracted authority from the individual and how they took God from the individual.

Lynn: Thank you Joxua for the awesome connections you made.  These are things that are pretty interesting to think about and meditate on and gives an all encompassing perspective that incorporates different religions.  I grew up learning about the “evil eye” or the “mati” in the Greek culture.  This was protection against the “evil eye” and also the concept of the Shiva lingam connected to the hand of Fatima and a different perspective of Jesus among many other interesting facts about myth.   Great interview.
